WEDDING CEREMONY SONGS

Music for Wedding Ceremonies

The music you select will help set the mood for your wedding, so think about the kind of atmosphere you want to establish. Be sure to discuss your selections with the minister, priest, rabbi or justice of the peace before the wedding day! (They may have their own ideas about what is acceptable.)

If you are not familiar with some of these selections, talk with us. Once we have an idea of the types of music you like, we can suggest particular pieces that will work well. Our most usual instrumentation for ceremonies includes piano (or sometimes guitar) and one of the following: flute, trumpet, or voice. We do not usually supply an organist (although we occasionally do), and we are always happy to work with the organist from a church or temple.

If you would prefer a harp and flute duo, string quartet, brass ensemble, or other chamber group, we will be glad to offer suggestions.
